  • Email your completed Pre-Requisition form to PO@MaterialsResourceCenter.org and submit it to your principal's office for processing.
  • You or your principal will fill out your school's official requisition form and submit to your school district's business office.
  • Upon approval, your school district will send us a purchase order. Purchase Orders may be mailed to: MRC, 2111 D Lakeland Ave., Ronkonkoma NY 11779, faxed 631-580-7292, or e-mailed to PO@MaterialsResourceCenter.org
  • If placing this order through the Eastern Suffolk BOCES bidding system, please indicate Code #05069 for Recycled Art Equipment & Supplies
